Timer 2.3
is now available for download. 
Version
2.3 adds an assignments window to allow mySQL users to quickly
assign projects and tasks to multiple people at the same
time.
This version also fixes a crash on quit that some users were experiencing.
New help system.
Fixes other various bugs that have popped up in the last couple of months.
